I cannot load into houses on my character "Soot"

So I had to contact customer support because this bug on my 1 character "Soot" eventually made it so I couldn't log into the game. What happens is I try to load into one of my in-game houses via either the front door or fast travel and after some loading screen time I get booted to the login / password screen with a message something like:
"Connection Lost. Verify that you have a valid internet connection."

If you want the ID #'s of the customer support incident I can provide upon request.

Pls fix this otherwise I can't play ESO house. Pretty major to me as it's affecting me even though it might be a rare issue.

    *UPDATE*

    I think it has something to do with some recent grouping issues or group finder issues because it started when I joined a bugged / glitched group for CoA1 approx. 26 hours ago via the group finder.

    Just wanted to add: I CAN go into my houses with other characters just not soot D=.

    I came back to post that my issue had come back. I can't load into houses with my character "Soot" currently.

    To answer you River'Song I don't know why it started happening or how it went away. I thought it had something to do with bidding on a guild trader but looking at the dates I had not bid yet previous week. Unfortunately, now it's back.

    I was thinking of what was different and I remember I was wearing different gear. So in the spirit of this idea I took off all my gear and tried loading into the house again.... and success! So the bug is with some gear sets maybe...

    I was wearing Alkosh / Dragon / Bloodspawn and that's what I removed before successfully loading into the house.

    Sorry to learn this has come back, I had hoped for better news.....thanks so much for updating this thread. I was advised by customer service that a specialized team would be notified of my ticket and told that they also read the bug forum.

    I've never bid on a guild trader although I have been using group finder quite a bit during the last month and have had it 'bug out' a few times....we have that in common. There is another player I know of that has the same issue at this time.

    My main character can enter any house that is NOT owned on my account (preview a new house or travel to a friend's house).

    When housing was first went live, the instant disconnect would occur to many players that attempted to travel to a player owned home if they did not have permissions to enter that home or were 'blocked'. There is no way for a player to exclude their own character from entering a home on their account, but this is what it 'feels' like.

    Wow - how odd that fixed your issue! None the less, I'm glad you're able to load in now and maybe this information will provide a clue to the bug team that may read this.

    I tried with no gear
    I tried with no gear + no outfit or costume
    Still not able to load in

    I do swap out gear sets quite a bit depending on activity so I'm not sure what might have been equipped when this started.....also do not have any gear in common with yours, this character is a magsorc.

    Still homeless....

    Hello,
    I came back to look at the forums because I was loading in with my character soot just fine until right about now the issue came back. I don't think it's fixed for sure it's just strange that it comes and goes makes me think it's something i'm doing to cause it but I don't know what. So the problem went away and now it's back I'm expecting it'll go away again but still....

    Thanks for the update. My character is never able to travel to houses, period. If you do think of something that 'fixes' it on your end please let me know so I can also try it.

    oh hey!
    I think i'm on to a workaround ... I was at close to max capacity and I couldn't load into my home. I debagged deconned sold, etc and I loaded into my house fine! I hope this helps riversong as well as bug repair people.

    Very happy you have a fix and thanks so much for the update!

    I've tried loading with low capacity and still no luck for me. I updated my ticket and hope there is a response soon.
