Maintenance for the week of March 3:

I cannot load into houses on my character "Soot"
So I had to contact customer support because this bug on my 1 character "Soot" eventually made it so I couldn't log into the game. What happens is I try to load into one of my in-game houses via either the front door or fast travel and after some loading screen time I get booted to the login / password screen with a message something like:
"Connection Lost. Verify that you have a valid internet connection."
If you want the ID #'s of the customer support incident I can provide upon request.
Pls fix this otherwise I can't play ESO house. Pretty major to me as it's affecting me even though it might be a rare issue.
