I'd like to be able to put Health / Stamina / Magicka Recovery glyphs on armor not just on jewelry.

I'd gladly trade 351 Stamina, say, for 169 Stamina Recovery. Thanks!

    Atronach/serpent + divines or invigorating traits on your armor.

    Would be neat but the number you stated would be far too much. In that scenario, I'd see something more like 150 on big pieces and 50 on small. Very unlikely to happen, but could be cool.

    Even that would be too much with the way things stack and CP. You could run impreg armor in PvP and still have absolutely insane recovery and damage along with the critical resist from the 5th trait. Immediate BiS.

    Only known case, currently is on the Grievous Ward Shield. So it isn't impossible.

    You can already get enough recovery from other sources.

    Regardless of whether you agree with me or not, ZOS has zero interest in more sources of recovery. Check the Morrowind combat patch notes if you want more details.

    shields should at least allow resistance enchants but not the other jewelry ones. Kind of a hybrid between armor and jewelry.

    I think it would be ok for all jewelry enchants to work on shields as well, but nothing else.
