ZOS: I only received two crown crates for the recent event

I logged on every day during the event, yet I only received two crown crates. Can you please look into giving me my third crate? I have friends I play with that can back me up, although I suspect there must be a way for you to simply look in your records.

✭✭✭✭✭Make sure you logged in and killed something during the time zones that the event was active. I know that for me in the Central Time zone, I have to make sure I kill something before 7:00 pm on Friday to get the first crate.0 -

I ran dungeons every day during the event with the same group and they all got three crates. I know for a fact I played Friday after work. I'm on the east coast, so was my cut off 8pm?0 -
