Cannot set texure above medium

I have an MSI GTX 560Ti with 2GB VRAM and I still can't get an option for something higher than medium for textures. I've updated my drivers to the newest one and that didn't work.

FishBreath✭✭Do you have 64bit OS? If not then that's likely the reason. I have heard some have been able to get High settings when they press the reset to default settings button.0
