✭✭✭✭Only ZOS know, and they're not telling. If it's a new chapter then I expect it will be v4.0. It might start with a closed beta on PTS. It might be weeks before we know.

Last year Morrowind was released in june and they had 6 weeks of PTS-Time i think(not sure about this)
So if they have the same releasdate from ast year the PTS will start in a month perhaps.0 -
