The last couple of weeks (not sure if since Dragonbones or the last incremental patch) and especially this last week, I am seeing bad performance while playing that I never did before. My fps is low and crappy like usual, that isn't what I am talking about, nor is it latency as that is the same also, it is more what I would call interface delays.
Talking to npcs, accessing crafting stations, opening a guild page, opening inventory, those types of things have a new "delay" to them. Sometimes an oddly long delay.
To avoid the suggestions, yes I have rebuilt shadercache, yes I have used the optimization tricks used in the long threads, yes I have done various combinations of nvidia cp adjustments (these aren't really graphical imo) . I have a crappy machine sure, but just a couple weeks ago I played fine. I also keep a squeaky clean machine, no spyware, bloatware, plenty of RAM, an older cpu the AMD 965 BE and a GTX-960 2g Win7, defragged regularly.

Just wondering if we could get some percentages here in this thread (also feel free to tag @zos as needed) to see if there is something going on here.

YES I have noticed a decrease in performance that was not there before. (feel free to explain)

I don't really want to take my settings even lower than they are just to compensate

The game always runs flawlessly for me on PC EU, but I don't do PvP or trials although I run plenty of dolmens and other e.g. world boss and dungeon cooperative play. I don't use any addons. I have never experienced any change in performance since launch.

Generally speaking I've been noticing some increased memory usage and have been having loads of issues with textures not loading in alot and the like. With no real discernable reason for it.

I'm not sure. It maybe a bit worse, but not so much that I had to tweak the settings to compensate yet.

Having said that, I was never at a point with this game where I felt the game was performing well. Ever. I don't have a monster PC, but if I am able to run something like Witcher 3 absolutely maxed out, including HairWorks, without my PC breaking a sweat, I should be able to run ESO.

And that's another thing. Can someone at ZOS explain to me why the game peformance absolutely TANKS in vMA? It's a solo instance. It's not big. It doesn't have abnormally high mob density. Why does my FPS just nosedive in there? Been like that forever.
