@Girl_Number8 That is a trend that these forums have been following as if lately. It’s rather unfortunate indeed.

The trend I see is rather then worry about fixing the game itself, people keep asking for nerfs instead of asking to fix the game.

Yeapers, I mean I could understand some stuff but the new dlc has major glitches that need to be fixed.

"Fix the game" is too broad of a statement. It doesn't really help zos or tell them anything. The threat is attempting to point out an ability that is over performing and causing an I'm balance in the pvp world. I think its our job as consumers to point out and argue specific problems. This topic in regards to pvp combat could be a potential problem if not looked at. I personally haven't ran into zaan yet but assuming most medium Stam builds are running vampirism and zaan is flame damage I can see how zaan might be over performing

Your words "I personally haven't ran into zaan yet but assuming...." That's the problem you haven't dealt with it and you wanna nerf something because you assume.

Fix the game is the statement. Too long have we as the consumer's been given one broken dlc after the next, while the base game performance has never been attended too, smh.

People with Zaan die just fine. Though there is a class that needs a hard nerf but I won't start that because I wish they would take a break from the nerfs and give us a better game all around. :*

It is a set designed against 1vXers.. Play with friends or kill the user before they kill you. Stop whining because ZOS wants the game to be easier and be more casual friendly. I don't see anything wrong with it. It is only players who think that there is something of a hidden reward for their skill who have a problem with it.

With the removal of AOE caps small group PVP is now better than ever. I really wish the 1vXers would disappear from the game and stop making everything not fun.

A game should never cater to a casual player base. That game would get boring real quick. Competition is key for the longevity of the game and casuals shouldn't care whether something is nerfed or not.

"A game should never cater to a casual player base. " Almost 99 percent are casual players. Why not ?
Only 1 percent may be pro gamer. Casuals care about nerfs. Witcher 3 and skyrim are aimed for casual players , which make huge success . Thread closed .

Where did you get your statistics from? Also I believe our definition of casual differs... A game being hard is what makes it fun. You have something to work towards and the feeling you get after finally beating it is what keeps you coming back. How many people enjoy overworld content? A small percentage probably because its too easy.

Zaan is something you cannot avoid. Anyone using it will run hard unblockable/undodgeable cc with gapcloser and snare. You can only stand and block but when you get hit by said ccs, there's really no counterplay. And if lag screws your break free over, you are dead. Btw, this set does not respect LOS rule. It's like getting hit by viper proc crit before it became a dot for 6~8 straight seconds. Thankfully, I have not seen it much used by competent players or else, might as well just delete the game.

This is easily broken. Zaan is the only set I call OP. You cannot counter it, I've also tried roll dodging backwards and getting away but unlike soul assault the attacker can keep pushing forward with other abilities as zaan melts you.
You know it's an issue when you have Stam players using a monster set based around a magic set, and are still pulling 25-30k zaans and magic players are pulling 45-60k.
This set needs a proper counter or to be channeled where you cannot use other abilities as it procs

Zaan is BS and needs to to be nerfed ASAP - after everything zos said to make us feel good about nerfing proc sets, it saddens me to see this is making a come back, I know why they do it though, its to get you to buy and farm the new DLC, so with that in mind im pretty sure it'll be nerfed soon, Just like they did with warden cliff racers.
