Maybe just maybe you can leave some stuff for the non cp non optimised new players. This stuff wont be a walkover to them. Its not as if delve bosses were ever meant to be a challenge to a maxed out player.
Go do a vet dlc dung if youre that bored.

You completely missed the OP's point. I dont do overland quests...you know why? Its way too easy, I mean on my pure TANK I was able to kill enemies just fine in Morrowind's main quest...it didnt even feel particularly slow on a toon that puts out a whopping 5k DPS. Obviously, new players need easy overland content...thats not in dispute. It would be much better if they added some type of OPTIONAL vet mode for overland content...this vet server would drop blue and up quality gear, with a rare chance to drop gold items(yes, jewelry included) as the draw to people for doing the content on that difficulty level
yes, I get that overland isnt meant for endgame...but why not? I would like to do the quests...but its pointless if the difficulty isnt there...I have only done a small fraction of the quests in this game.

Actually in my opinion two separate player bases won't serve any purpose other than subjective feeling of select few that they are too good for regular stuff. New players won't get benefit of having veteran players around and elite players would roam in practically empty world.

I'm personally fine with seeing high-CP players scaled down a bit in overland PvE, in the same way that low-level players are scaled up. It'd keep questing interesting on new characters or new zones. I'm with you, OP.

Matter of preference, I guess. I like the way overland content is now. Others don't. It's down to ZMax to decide what to do, who to cater to. I doubt there will be any changes to Overland aside from, remote "maybe" a toggle of some sort.

If you like it as it is now, I can sympathize with you. I'd like a clarification, though: do you currently find the overland content to be a cakewalk, or is it a challenge for you?
If it's a cakewalk, and you like it that way, then we simply disagree (which is fine).
If it's a challenge for you, then the change I'd like to see ideally wouldn't impact you. What I want is for characters with very high/max CP and high armor bonus to be scaled down for overland content, while those with low/middling CP and low gear bonus would remain pretty much as they are.
