login error/disabled account

When I try to log in in-game I get a login error : Your login information was incorrect. Please try again. Tried all my normal passwords but no dice. So I went to login to the ESO site to see if I could log in there. When I attempt to log into that site I get "This account has been disabled" I know the login and pass I'm putting in are correct because if i put in a different password on the ESO site it says that I have entered incorrect information. SO I am starting to think that I can't log in to game for the same reason. My question is... Why is my account disabled? The site is not giving me any info as to why and can't find anything about it online. Put in for customer support via mail and phone 4 hrs ago still no response. Any thoughts?

    Sorry bud, back of the line with you, there are people with wallets in the air who are much more important than someone who's already handed over their $$.

    Exactly the same issue here. Same error in the game and at the site yet somehow we're both posting in the forums.

    Pretty infuriating to see so many "flawless launch, congratulations" posts all over the #$%^ing place.

    Got an email today reminding me about early access. Updated client but can't log in- "incorrect password"- No option to fix or correct password. Login to website just fine with password. Check my account etc- login into forums and it asks me to change password. I do.

    Website works fine with my password but game won't let me log in.

    I was in beta so I figured that's why I was offered early access... but maybe that's just why I got email and still need to purchase preorder- maybe that was the issue- but the website won't let me purchase the preorder. It won't let me add a credit card for monthly billing either. I can't get them to take my money...

    I don't understand why I got an email reminding me about early access if the game isn't going to let me in.
