Cannot set texure above medium

I have an MSI GTX 560Ti with 2GB VRAM and I still can't get an option for something higher than medium for textures. I've updated my drivers to the newest one and that didn't work.

Do you have 64bit OS? If not then that's likely the reason. I have heard some have been able to get High settings when they press the reset to default settings button.
