Pre-order Imperial Physcial edition items

Okay, I've seen all sorts of different theories, answers, etc. on the pre-order bonus items. Be nice if a mod or a rep would weigh in on this.
I ordered the Physical Imperial edition from Gamestop. I got my early access code and the only items I got in my mailbox was the beta pet and the Mara scroll. And yes I can do the Imperial stuff, not sure about the horse yet though.
I"ve seen other people with all of their explorer and pre-order items. Is there some sort of foul-up here in the delivery, do I need to contact ESO or Gamestop to get this sorted out...

Donarion✭I'm right there with you, but at least you got SOMETHING. I pre-ordered physical CE from Amazon, and all I got was 5 day early access code. I don't have ANY items and the factions are still restricted by race. Probably gonna have to wait till the actual box is delivered before I can get any of that stuff in game to work. Makes early access pretty much useless to me now. Unfortunately I havn't heard anything from customer service about this either.0 -
From what I heard, for Physical copies (such as mine) all we get is the early access (listed on the FAQ) is the Imperial Horse and the rings...the others will be given to us at launch.
As for Donarion, that seems to be an unfortunate glitch.0
