I have been waiting for someone from escalations to contact me for just about 12 hours so that I can get the email sent manually or change my email. But I have heard nothing. Any one experiencing the same issue?

    Yep. Same issue here was on phone with first person for about an hour then he said he would have to escalate my issue and I would get a call right back. That was about 8 hours ago. Lost one day so far lets see if I lose another.

    Having the same issue here, been trying repeatedly since last night, and no response to my support ticket either.

    Its easier to just ask them to change your email. I was using an @aol I switched it to a @gmail and it work instantly.

    It would be nice if they would respond to the support request in order to do that, my ticket has been open for over 48 hours now. :(
