I have been waiting for someone from escalations to contact me for just about 12 hours so that I can get the email sent manually or change my email. But I have heard nothing. Any one experiencing the same issue?
Yep. Same issue here was on phone with first person for about an hour then he said he would have to escalate my issue and I would get a call right back. That was about 8 hours ago. Lost one day so far lets see if I lose another.
