If we are to expect the same with this DLC Chapter, then that would put us at mid to the end of August at best.
gg.
morrowind was announced early because it was eso's first chapter, and ZOS wanted to capitalise on the nostalgia factor. this year is different because they're already selling a dungeon dlc, it would not make sense to be hyping both a dungeon dlc and a chapter at the same time marketing wise.
I think if they announce this month then they can still make the Q2 June release, with the same amount of PTS time as morrowind had. it'll also give dragon bones a lot of breathing room.

Yes, if I remember correctly, Zo$ said they'd provide 4 DLC a year, each of them free for ESO+ subscribers. Now they produce 3 DLC a year plus one Chapter, the latter of which has to be paid separately. So in that case they'd devalue an ESO+ subscription by 25%.
well, no. you also get the free crowns.
and before anyone starts with 'the crowns aren't free you pay for them' nonsense. my sub is exactly the same price now as it was on day one when there were no crowns.
Yeah, but you were back credited crowns for each month, back when they didn't provide any.
um..... no, that's not true.
In fact, it was true. The payouts weren't nearly as good, though. I want to say it was something like 500 crowns for each month subscribed prior to ESO+. But, I can't find the news article right now.
I would love to see this article you have mentioned, since neither I nor my friends got this mystery payout.
In the FAQ linked off this article, I think. Though, for if you follow that link, you'll see why it's not particularly useful now.
Fortunately @Sirlacker, saved the text in a forum thread back then. Though it isn't free of editorializing, he fixes the, original crown payout at 500+100 per month subscribed. (So a total of 1500 if you qualified for the Senche.) Which may be correct. Though, my recollection is that it was somewhat higher than that.

For instance, this stamina/magicka resource drain bug.
So if ZOS took a year off of making more DLbugs and stopped releasing quarterly game breakers, GOOD! There's already so much content in this game it isn't funny.
If they can't even get a stupid update done without causing chaos, imagine what the supposed contents of Summerset will do to the game.
No thanks. Fix the game, fix the foundation of the dang house first, then add that new sun room and guest bedroom.

I don't mind that you disagree. Everyone has different opinions on the quality and enjoyment of content. I loved Wrothgar. Great zone, great quest line. I don't know that i feel it's better than morrowind. I like a lot about both zones.
