anybody have a list of abilities that this set procs?

    SInle target abilites that cost magicka. Shouldnt be hard to guess which one does and which one doesnt proc it. Also it's kinda long list.

    I'm not sure what you mean by a list of abilities this set procs.

    If you mean what abilities cause it to proc, then any single target magicka ability, any race, any class.

    Cripple can be morphed to Debilitate.

    If you are using Debilitate this allows you to target multiple targets, and would therefore be excluded.

    If you are using either cripple or crippling grasp and it doesn't proc, then I suggest you log a bug report.

    concealed weapon most certainly does the trick...

    two well coordinated nightblades were kind enough to demonstrate that fact to me...

    That will be because tt's not a percentage proc. It is a guarunteed proc once every 10 seconds.
