Is this set like ilambris, where both effects can proc at the same time, or is it a shared cool down between the two?

Only one will proc, as far as I can tell, it is based on your higher max resourse. I have only use this on a stamplar and it only ever proced the physical damage ring and the 200 weapon damage.

This is true. The set is complete garbage, at least the two piece. No-one uses it and we've told ZoS multiple times that it is like that, but they're won't change it. The either need to increase the Weapon/Spell damage value significantly or let the damage hit everything within the circle instead of the ring

Wait, only the ring itself does damage? I never used the 2 piece yet but that seems hilarious design. That‘s like a destro out where only the outer rim does damage...

Yes and it really isn't much damage if it does. They need to increase the spell/weapon damage while in the ring by at least double (400) AND make it do you take damage like a stationary grothdar. Simply because it is stationary and you can loss the buff by jjust moving out of it, like if you had to do a machanic or chase another player. Right now it is Garbo.

Hell, it wouldn't bother me if they kept the damage increase- but let the whole circle do damage. Or if they boosted the damage to 400 but left the outer circle damage alone. Doing both would be a little too OP.

But, as it stands, the tooltip damage increase from Domihaus is barely better than Slimecraw (8% damage increase). But you can easily get Slimecraw from doing a vet non-DLC dungeon.

You can literally run around with one piece Domihaus and one piece Kena for 100% uptime one the one and two piece set... with just slightly less damage. Why bother waiting for a 15% chance proc to increase your damage by 71?

So, this leaves you to wonder... why bother buying DLC if the dropped set isn't that great? Seems like a bad investment. :|

i don't agree. simply because you can't control when it procs(like mephala, which would be similar damage and is ground based) and you lose the buff as soon as you leave the area, which in pve happens a lot but not all the time and it would be useless in pvp, outside maybe duels.

    ...I mean... I'll take it, too. ;)

I plan on combining Domihaus with Innate Axiom and Sun. That's 1000 spell damage added to my class abilities. 1200 wouldn't be bad, either. Honestly, it does kind of add to the whole "stand-your-ground" aspect of DKs since you have to stay within a certain small space. But, the set is still currently lackluster.

Maybe when ZoS nerfs Caluurion- they could buff Domihaus?

Because the dungeons are really well designed and fun to play.

You're right. But if the sets they drop aren't worth farming- then they're really well designed and fun to play... once.
