This is true. The set is complete garbage, at least the two piece. No-one uses it and we've told ZoS multiple times that it is like that, but they're won't change it. The either need to increase the Weapon/Spell damage value significantly or let the damage hit everything within the circle instead of the ring

Wait, only the ring itself does damage? I never used the 2 piece yet but that seems hilarious design.
Best 1pc in the game
Doing both would be a little too OP.

i don't agree. simply because you can't control when it procs(like mephala, which would be similar damage and is ground based) and you lose the buff as soon as you leave the area, which in pve happens a lot but not all the time and it would be useless in pvp, outside maybe duels.

But, as it stands, the tooltip damage increase from Domihaus is barely better than Slimecraw (8% damage increase). But you can easily get Slimecraw from doing a vet non-DLC dungeon.
You can literally run around with one piece Domihaus and one piece Kena for 100% uptime one the one and two piece set... with just slightly less damage. Why bother waiting for a 15% chance proc to increase your damage by 71?
So, this leaves you to wonder... why bother buying DLC if the dropped set isn't that great? Seems like a bad investment.

Because the dungeons are really well designed and fun to play.
