I purchased the Hubalajad's Final Furnishing Pack and the game took my crowns twice. I now own 2 of these 5,000 crown furnishing packs when I only wanted one and I am out 5,000 crowns that I had planned on using to buy The Erstwhile Sanctuary this weekend. Could someone please help alleviate this situation? I have a limited time to buy this house with the crowns I had saved up and now that 5,000 of my crowns have vanished for no good reason, I am at your mercy. I won't just buy more crowns because then I will have to go through the headache of getting a refund through Xbox Live support on top of this headache. Please help. This is very frustrating and unprofessional in my humble opinion. Thank you.
