Instillation Issue

Every time I try to install EOS from the Elder Scrolls Website (where I purchased it from) it says," Unable to execute the desired program, Please get another copy of the installer and try again" What can I do?

    Sounds like your download is broken. Please download the installer again. Execute as admin.

    Thank you for your help but I have tried it 7 times and get gets to preparing to install gets to 100% and pops up with that message get another installer.

    Open up a support ticket with info about your system.

    Try to install it in the default directory.
    Try to download the installer with another browser.
    Shut down your antivirus.

    I just purchased a HP ProBook 450 G1. I attempted everything you mentioned and still with no progress YSHAAR · ✭.

    I recently rebuilt my computer and ran into this same issue (downloaded the installer multiple times on 3 different PC's using Firefox, Chrome, and IE 11 and it would only fail on the rebuilt one). I found that I had to go into my firewall app (Comodo) and set it to allow the Install_ESO.exe file to run and then click the allow option again whenever Comodo would present it's pop up warnings during the installation. It's likely that your firewall or anti-virus is messing with the installer too so either disable them or whitelist the exe and see if that works. Thought I'd post this as googling the error didn't give me any fix results.
