Seriously the amount of forced name changes ive received using in game vocabulary is just ridiculous.

Honestly, I'm not surprised. Flirting, asking a woman out to dinner, telling a woman she looks nice, or even just saying hello are all considered sexual harassment these days.
You are clearly, then, doing all those things wrong.
Oh i love these comments. Care to give an example on how to do it right then? I'm being told i'm attractive on nearly daily basis and i'm very polite and mature when dealing with women. Yet i can very very easily relate to what Glurin wrote. @witchdoctor
okay, Mr. https://www.reddit.com/r/niceguys/
That's absolutely different from what I meant.witchdoctor wrote: »witchdoctor wrote: »SydneyGrey wrote: »

If your interactions with women are being considered harassment - your words, mind you - then, clearly, you are not polite or mature.
So a mere "hey how are you?" and later small compliment or just simply complimenting a woman's sweater is legitimate harassment and therefore immature and impolite? and thats just one of the examples

There is some truth to this. I've been working in a bar for close to 10 years, seen some staff come and go, and always remember one girl who absolutely hated guys that would compliment her. One time she even told me that she wanted to report harassment against one of the customers because he complimented her looks but she found him unattractive and old.

Poor Finishes-On-Curtains doesn't have a chance either

Speaking as a woman, that's a wiiiiild over exaggeration there, dude.

Maybe it's a sign you should stop making names with uncomfortable subtextual or colloquial meanings? Just saying, seems like you have a pattern of just wanting to get a rise out of people only to complain later when it works.
You get offended quickly

Yeah, not so much. Particularly among millennials. You know, the participation trophy and free speech zone generation? Yeah, those guys. Granted it's only about a quarter of them that think something as inconsequential as asking a woman out is sexual harassment, but that's still a rather substantial number given the topic in question.

To all the people making the penetration joke about the lover stone, know this, the constellation has always been represented by a woman, see http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Astronomy#The_Lover , I know it is an easy joke but unless you are into some, let's say, alternative lifestyles, the joke doesn't really make sense.

I'm an older millennial (born in 87). Here's the thing: guys who get accused of harassment after asking women out frequently aren't just asking women out. They're often persisting in asking women out even after said women have made it clear that they're not interested. The difference between a harassing creep and an ACTUAL nice guy (not to be confused with "nice guys") is that nice guys know when to stop. When do you stop, you ask? When a woman has made it clear that she's not interested in dating you, that's when! Yeah, there are some women who are a bit extreme, to say the least (more often than not, these women are survivors of sexual assault -- so, you know, I can kinda understand why they're a little more wary). I'd hesitate to call it a quarter of my entire cohort, though...
Anyway, back on topic. I NEVER noticed the Lover/penetration joke. That is amazing.

Actually, it's millenial males who are close to 25% on that one. (Asking a woman out for a drink or something.) Millenial females are more like 12-15%ish. The numbers go down as you go from age 30 up. God forbid you tell a millenial they look nice though, because that one is closer to 40% for both genders.
Interestingly, just flat out asking for a sexual favor reverses the age trend. Just about everyone in the upper age range says that is harassment, but millenials are down around roughly the 77-80% area.
