No Mudcrab, No Scuttler and No treasuremaps?!

I preordered digital Imperial edition long ago and participated in several betas and now I only got 2 monkeys and 2 Mara ring scrolls in my mail.That's it. I didn't get any mudcrab pet and no treasuremaps and no scuttler pet. Why would I need 2 monkeys at all and where are my treasure maps?

Inversus✭✭✭✭✭They might not be coming until the 4th. The explorer bonuses, scuttler and maps, definitely only come on the 4th, that might also apply to the mudcrab.VR14 EH Sorc
