No Mudcrab, No Scuttler and No treasuremaps?!

I preordered digital Imperial edition long ago and participated in several betas and now I only got 2 monkeys and 2 Mara ring scrolls in my mail.That's it. I didn't get any mudcrab pet and no treasuremaps and no scuttler pet. Why would I need 2 monkeys at all and where are my treasure maps?

They might not be coming until the 4th. The explorer bonuses, scuttler and maps, definitely only come on the 4th, that might also apply to the mudcrab.

Your 2 monkeys are probably a bug. About the explorer's pack, a mod post explained this: http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/discussion/60956/important-notice-about-entitlements

There are people who got them, but all those were sent earlier than they should. Actually, we aren't supposed to receive those items before April 4th release: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4736/
