Can't destroy Dye, taking up inventory space

One of the rewards for leveling is a set of 3 color dyes for costumes, but if you don't have ESO Plus you can't apply the Dyes and its "locked" so I can't destroy it either. I can't use and I can't destroy it, just takes up inventory space, please give me a way to get rid of it!!

Edit: Had to gain another level to destroy it, couldn't do it on the level when received.

Just FYI you can apply those dyes to costumes without ESO Plus. ESO plus just allows you to dye costumes at outfit stations without buying dye packs. Dye packs from level up rewards and the crown store can be applied to costumes without ESO Plus.

tl;dr: You destroyed something you could use.

Well not a total loss if OP hated the colors.
