Off-Balance changes clarity

So a number of folks in my guild were wondering how this affects normal enemies? I know patch notes said “Bosses,” but is that only legitimate bosses, or are say vet trial enemies considered “boss” rank?

✭✭Anything that cannot be stunned can be considered a boss for the purpose of the off balance changes.
Normal enemies will still be stunned when hit with a heavy attack if they are off balance.Lord and Savior of the Association of Serious S***posters.

Only the big ones, the Trash mobs that can be chains'd tend to be stunnable as well.
Though there are a few exceptions.Lord and Savior of the Association of Serious S***posters.
