Upgraded to Imperial Version a couple Weeks Ago but Can't log in to Early Access

I originally purchased the normal digital edition and submitted my pre order code to my account. I later upgraded to the Imperial Version and could not enter the new product code but it says I already own it. How do I get this fixed and get my 5 day early access???

Try to contact support. I think they need to manually switch codes from 3 days early access to 5 days early access.

Yup this is how it works. I had the same problem yesterday and they fixed it pretty quickly for me, so just contact support

Join the club. A LOT of people are having this issue, myself included. Contacted support already, haven't heard back.

I bought the reg edition from EB and realized that its only 3 day not to mention it was more expensive. I want to just buy the digital one now but I would not be able to enter the new code. I have contacted support but have had no response.

It should have been just 5 days across the board
