Support Form Not Working.

This is becoming infuriating.
Every time I fill out the support form for "Forgot Secret Question / Answer" It links me to another form, then when I fill out this form, it links me to the same form, and asks me to fill out that form. When I fill out that form, it links me to the same form, and asks me to fill it out again. When I fill out that form, it links asks me to fill out the same form and then links me to the the same form and asks me to fill it out again. Guess what happens when I've done that.
Why is it not letting me contact support? Is there another way I can submit a ticket, because this system is apparently broken.

When using the account recovery form to submit a ticket, select the issue "No longer have access / can't remember email on account." This should prompt you to provide all the correct information and stop you from going in a loop.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
