Pre-purchasing the digital Standard Edition from a retailer will provide 3-days of Early Access. We hope this helps to answer your question.0 -
Five day early access IF you buy the digital standard edition from the ESO store. If you bought it from another retailer (Best Buy, Amazon, etc.) you only receive three day early access.0

Well, your retailers have advertised 5 days, not 3. No one caught it? Not my problem, YOUR problem. Please remember who is the paying customer here and fix this.0

Not 100% sure, but I don't think you receive a code if you bought the game directly, I read elsewhere the account upgrade is automatic in that case.
It is easy to check though. Just go to your account and check the 'billing history' tab. Your 5-day early access should show up there.

I ordered it from oneplay.com. I was looking at elderscrollsonline.com and saw 5 day early access for digital standard edition. I thought it applied to every digital standard edition. I didn't know it only applied to buying it from elderscrollsonline.com0
