I could not find a specific forum for game interfaces so I ended up here.
This appears to be an issue on PC as well but PC's can at least augment their game experience with 3rd party tools where consoles cannot.
Currently there is no way to search for a 'specific' item from the 'Guild Store' interface.
Yes it has filters that can limit your search by category... but that does not get you anywhere close to finding an item when there are 100s of motifs or rings or bow for specific 'sets'.
Yes, you can 'sort' your results... but only by 'Price' and 'Time Remaining'... both of these sort options are mostly useless unless you are just browsing for 'Random' items.
1. ) There needs to be a 'Set Type' filter so you can limit items further.
2. ) There needs to be a 'Sort By Name' option. (Even just the sort option would be a massive improvement)
For God sake ESO. How would you expect your actual customer to buy your game if their only option was to go to drive to 50 local stores and then at each store sift through a massive box of random games that sorted by how long they have been on the shelf.
That is what you are forcing your 'In Game' players to do any time they want to buy and item from a Guild Store.
It is ridicules and the Fix is super cheap to implement.
You would not only be improving the 'Buyer' experience but also increasing the likely hold that a 'Seller' will reach the right audience and all for the cost of adding a 'Sort By Name' option.
