@Zilyana gave me these pointers with the same issue. Running as Admin seems to be doing the trick at the moment.
-Run Launcher as Adminstrator.
-Disable Anti-Virus software and Firewall.
-Change Region from EU to NA depending on your location.
-Turn off Anti-Malware programs
-Restart PC
-Attempt different compatibility modes
-Open your Router Port for ZOS Servers using port numbers : 24100 through 24500 as well as 24131 through 24507 for both TCP and UDP
Stupid bug.....forget the game just fix the damn launcher........................the way around I use is I just go onto the game client folder and launch from there avoiding the launcher..........and when there is a patch or it says the client is out of date...I just delete the launcher folder go to game site download client....it just downloads the launcher and patches...then u can start game from client folder..............have been doing this for 3 weeks..............shocking really when u cant have a working launcher for a new new game in this day n age
