Ebonshadow Bow, Primal Daggers (because they're simple and look like Mehrune's Razor)
I've also got presets for Hollowjack Shield and either Dark Brotherhood or Ebony for 2H greatsword (if forget which). Nothing for staves yet besides Ra Gada on my healer.
Outlaw swords for dual-wield damage bar, on both my mains, but then Daggerfall greatsword on my two-handed bar, I think Abah's Watch on my bow bar, Hlaalu shield when I have to "fake tank" a normal dungeon, and finally Akaviri daggers for buff DW bar. I change it every week, of course, with the new outfit. Sure wish I could change it every day but they kinda messed up the monetization method and partially sabotaged an otherwise impeccable system, oh well.

Soul Shriven is my style of choice for weapons, as I have always loved the styling of the Japanese: Katana, kodachi, and ōdachi. For staves however, I prefer to leave the styling alone (I like the design of Maelstrom Weapons).
I've always generally liked imperial style swords, so those are my general go-to
but my nb now prefers bosmer tier 4 swords - something about that elegant yet simple slightly curved sabre style really seems to work well with a dual-wield style

Depends entirely on the character but usually their appropriate racial styles.
PAWS (Positively Against Wrip-off Stuff) - Say No to Crown Crates!. Outfit slots not being accountwide is ridiculous given their price. PC EU/PC NA roleplayer and solo PvE quester
My casters have Covenant Staff front and Ebon shadow back. My tank has Soul shriven mace +morag tong shield and Redguard sword in back (just to ask people if they wanna see my Curved Sword). StamNB has Silken ring + soul shriven daggers with Covenant Bow and my main MagSorc who does everything has the "caster staves" mentioned above, covenant mace+shield, dualwield covenant maces, covenant maul, greatsword and bow.
I don't use outfits, but if I have the option I craft in a style that's close or identical to the dropped one and use the same dyes to give the gear an unitary appearance. I don't want to spend a dime on outfits since armor already looks decent on the characters I actually play and the ones I don't use various costumes.

I use different weapons and styles on different characters. I usually prefer a slightly more realistic looking weapons than pure over-the-top fantasy ones.
I've been sticking with the lower tiers of the base race weapons mostly. I do like their more natural coloured look, but it's mainly to keep costs down since as soon as you go fancy and add dyes, they sky-rocket!
Magblade: Mid level khajiit staves (the ones with just a metal crescent)
Stamsorc: Redguard Daggers and a Khajiit Bow
Templar: Second-level argonian staves (wood circle with feathers), though I think ill probably change them to khajiit
Warden: Skinchanger staff, Trinimac Shield, Ancient elf sword
Dragonknight: Soul shriven axe (scythe), second level imperial shield (looking for something better), and first level altmer staff (Spear)
