Forum Invitation Email - None for Retail box going out yet?
I received my forum invite email yesterday and bought the digital game through GMG online. My husband got his retail box from GS. He has not been sent a forum account invitation email yet. A friend of ours who also got his through GMG did get his like me.
Is this a difference between the digital and retail box since digital is pre-purchase and retail still needs to be picked up in store to be considered an official purchase?

I ordered the digital imperial edition and I have not received any notification other than a receipt of purchase. I am also unable to log onto the website to even check my account info.0 -
KariTR✭✭✭✭✭Does your husband have a beta account? If so, he doesn't need an invite, he can sign in from the forums directly.
He may want to edit his profile though, as it displays beta usernames until edited.0 -
Saerydoth✭✭✭✭I was in the beta and I preordered the boxed imperial edition from amazon. They sent me an early access code over a month ago. I haven't had the opportunity to try logging onto the game yet (I'm at work for 8 more hours), but I haven't had any issues logging into the website or the forums.0 -
Y'know, I think it may have to do with whether you registered during beta here originally or not. I thought I had but maybe not.
Anyway, thanks for the beta forum account comment as he just tried to log in there and was able to (with a forced password reset) since he had made one already back in November last year. I must have gotten the email to make one since I apparently had forgotten to make mine.
