Dragon Bones DLC Game Pack

I am a ESO Plus member with an active membership and have just completed getting the newest DLC game pack along with update 17. After logging into the game with 1 of my characters I supposed to includes the Fang Lair Courser mount, the Small Bone Dragon Construct pet, and five Crown Experience Scrolls.
Well for some reason I do not yet have these and I really should not have to purchase them again in the crown store. Has anybody else not received these items which might be in with the rest of my mounts, non-combat pets and the 5 crown experience scrolls I would think would be in my character or characters inventory?
How do I get and add the mount and pet to each character in my account?

✭You only get access to the dungeon with ESO+. To get the mount, pet and scrolls you gotta buy the DLC pack, eso plus or not.
