Before release the eso developers said that there would be a store from were you could upgrade to imperial or buy a horse.
Is this live if so where is it? or is it live on 4-4?

hrdndv_ESO✭✭✭In game you go to the stables in the city where you first enter Cyrodil and buy a horse for 1 gold. You can't do this until you go to Cyrodil at level 10. I think there are stables in the starting area that charge thousands in gold for a horse. Imperial Edition should allow you to buy a horse at the regular stable when you first start the game... level 4, I think.0 -
