teleporting to dungeon from dungeon finder

hello everyone in the last few days have noticed when in team ready to be ported to a dungeon , i see a quick flash and no port to the dungeon , first time i at happened i just waited and team kicked me , next time was yesterday and i just right clicked on another player in team and teleported to him , last night this happend 2 times , so over 3 days 3 times no port to dungeon.
