Unable to use mount

I purchased the imperial mount. It is listed in my character screen as my active mount. My mount key is bound to "H" (default).
When pressing the H key to ride my horse, nothing seems to happen.

nist✭I should add... I have tried relogging. I have also sold and repurchased the horse and that has not helped either. I rebound the mount key and it did not work with a different key.0
