As other have said, I live here. But I did make a character on NA just to check it out, playing on a different megaserver. Was no difference. Except that every collectible, every DLC had to be purchased again. That made me run back to EU. xD

Damn, you EU folks must have some dope servers. It's impossible to get ping below 100 on NA (I have 1 Gbit internet and no more than 20-30 ping in any other game).

Living in EU so that's also the server I've played on 99% of the time. I however have around 400CP on NA along with 2 characters, but you'll have more ping making rotations more difficult, and playing times usually don't match there for me, regarding endgame content.

I'm pretty lucky in that I live awfully close to the server with a straight forward route between me and the servers. Very unusual and I'm wallowing in it.

I'm in eastern Australia, so thought NA would have less latency. Played from the second week but stopped over a year ago.
Started again on EU to play with EVE mates. The latency isn't much worse, if any.

in the beginning I thought we all would be on the ONE-AND-ONLY-HOLY-MEGA-SERVER!!!
then it turned out we would be divided without any chance to play together unless we would be on both...............

I'm located in the EU, GMT+2 time zone, so it would be pretty inconvenient to also play on NA, due to the 7-10 hours offset. My current set of characters takes all my available time and starting over would be daunting, even on a separate account on the EU, let alone on my current one in the NA. Another reason is that I would have to pay separate subscription and/or re-purchase chapter(s) separately to access all content, and I see no point doing that. So I'll be an EU "loyalist" for as long as I play this game

Recently this one has created some Khajiiti alter egos on the US server too. And this one has to admit: not having all the usual gear/gold/crownstore thingies at this ones disposal feels really weird.
On the one hand it feels like a blessing because this one now can see again how the game feels for new born Khajiit in a place far beyond warm sands...but staring at the horrendous task to get all the shinies is daunting to say the least. Then this one sees all the US players with all her shinies and just wants to say "Hey....this one has that shiny too....but on the wrong server...."
Oh well, this one should just blade of woe herself

PC EU because I'm living in Norway, but I do tend to peek by the NA server whenever the EU is down, just to troll around in zonechat.

I play on both.
I live in the middle of NA, but I'm in a great guild that has players on both servers.
EU side is...not more active, but more willing to group up and actually do things, where the NA side of the guild hardly talks or seems to want to group. So, even though I started on NA and spent most of my play time there, I'm pretty much playing on EU these days.
And as I said, even though I'm in the middle of NA, I find the EU server has less lag. It's the strangest thing..

Regular night capping / morning capping / PvDoor in Cyrodiil at 5 am - 10 am when the other factions population is empty ? Nah.. that can't possibly be it... xD

edit: Sorry voted by mistake. I play on EU and I never played on NA. I just try to find a valid explanation why one faction in Alliance War can be population locked 24/7

Both, NA is far busier than the EU.

As someone who is leveling a character on the NA server it is surprising to see zones that are dead on the EU server but are alive on the NA server especially in non peak times.

Of course the ping is better for me on the EU server but it perfectly acceptable to play on the NA server as well.

I recently started a Khajiit on EU to play around with character creation. I had never played a Khajiit in any Elder Scrolls game. Not having access to anything makes life a little more difficult but it is also kind of exhilarating at the same time.

I have less lag on EU. I think it's because by the time I get home from work in California, most of Europe is asleep. The first night I was in seven zones and saw four players. I've soloed three of the five dolmens I have completed.

When I started on EU I had no intention of actually playing but I now have three characters and will probably create more soon. The weird thing is I have no zone chat on EU and I am even in a guild.
