HI all
Hoping someone can help me with this problem, if I can post this screenshot maybe someone can tell me who I should contact, my isp or the game people , sorry cannot get results from tracert to show you, don't know how to retrieve them from the command prompt screen,nothing seems to work when I try "sigh" when playing the game in the top right corner it shows latency which fluctuates between red and yellow mainly red 143--290 . when I did tracert there were three connections which were asterisks, I know that is wrong this is on na server ,moved because of same problem on eu server, I presume this is my isps problem, i am on virgin 250mbs cable don't know who I should contact really. please if anyone can help I would be extremely grateful thank you
