I got my baby Wardens stationed at the Stable Masters in either Vivec City or Davon's Watch.
Magblade is either in Mournhold, the Brass Fortress or Vivec City.
Stamblade is either in the TG or DB sanctuary
DK tank is in Craglorn.
The rest are here and there; Wrothgar, Vampire/WW shrines in various locals, etc.

✭✭✭✭✭DeshannCrafting Stations are next to the wayshrine, the Undaunted area is fairly close, and the bank is right next to the respec shrines. Also the second floor has no guards (some people mistake the Fighter's Guild guy for a guard). You can steal from the chests and desks without worry of guards coming after you even while blatantly stealing without having to stealth; best to do this before you logout so the bounty goes away when you return the next day. If you happen to see a Yellow NPC run downstairs, you can either try to kill them asap or run to the other side (bank or shrine) and log out way before guards come.Edited by phaneub17_ESO on February 25, 2018 11:15PM6 -

Aerius_Sygale✭✭✭✭Reapers MarchReapers March, Rawl'kha specifically. I don't idly "hang" much, but when I do...it is usually there. The crafting stations and merchants are nice and compact handy to each other, even the Stablemaster for Mount Training newer characters.
The Dye, soon to be Outfit Station on my platform (PS4, NA), I do not trust, however... Aeph✭✭✭OtherVulkhel Guard (Auridon) for me. I mean, my first character was AD so it kind of feels like home because it was the first city I went to. Aside from that, everything's close together - the consumable writ board is right next to The Crystal Vial where you can do all three, and the equipment writ board is right next to those crafting stations, and there's no running from one end to the other just to do basic tasks.
The bank is also great for looting, and Iluvamir dolmen nearby is a busy one and so close you can run to it within a few seconds, get a hit in, grab the chest and run back and carry on with what you were doing.
I love the scenery too - it feels so calm, you know, despite the raging civil war and Molag Bal trying to take over the world.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭Everywhere, no particular zoneI probably spend the most time in Vulkhel Guard because that's where my crafter lives and he only leaves occasionally to pick up crafting surveys.
But other than that my characters are moving around constantly. ✭✭✭✭✭I always park my characters in my house since you never know if you'll be able to log back in parking in a town due to the instance filling up.
My main town is now Vivec City though. All services are right next to the wayshrine, like in Raw'kha, but there are less people there, so it loads faster (the bank is also outside, which is a huge plus). I just wish assistants could give me access to guild bank and guild store though.
