Though I have noticed a decidedly longer wait time to login.
But perhaps someone could answer an unrelated ?- Does having a long ignore list impact on performance?
- Does Master Merchant impact performance?

Definitely something wrong.
Each time I try to change zone I get logged out
Also when I eventually got into the game all my crafting skills were reset to 2, and all my custom keybinds were reset to default.
I logged a ticket but just thought to raise my hand on forum too.

The logging out when zoning along with skills and keybinds getting reset could be the result of add-ons you have loaded. If you've not done so, please go ahead and remove your add-ons.
To completely remove add-ons from The Elder Scrolls Online, you should perform the following steps:
PC:- Go to the "Elder Scrolls Online" folder in My Documents.
- Open the "live" folder (NA megaserver) or "liveeu" (EU megaserver).
- Remove all files from the "AddOns" folder.
- Remove all files from the "SavedVariables" folder.
- Remove AddOnSettings.txt from the "live" folder.
