Hakkvild Hall and crafting stations not working

I have a problem in Hakkvild Hall but no other houses. If my character (any) loads into the house then there is no issue and all works fine, but if I travel in or come in from out in the world the craft / enchant / ALL stations will not work unless I pick them up and put them down. This is repeatable 100% of the time on all 6 characters. This issue did not exist prior to the latest update. Anyone else have this issue and has anyone come up with a solution?

G1Countdown✭✭✭✭✭I've had a similar problem in Grand Topal with the assistants (merchant/money lender). If I park a character on the island the assistants are not intractable. I either have to /reloadui or pick them up one at a time and replace/escape out.

shado143preub18_ESOSoul ShrivenUnfortunately for me the only working option is to pick them up and put them back down or log out then back in. I've tried reloadui, dodge rolls.. well, everything I could think of... think it's caused by the instance as everything works so long as I log directly into the place, but not sure.0
