Incorrect Information Client Only

When I go to log into the game client it says I have put in the incorrect information when I know its right because it works on your website... and I definitely have 5 days early access... what is going on and can u please contact me about it?

i have this same issue. i can log into the forum, my account on here says 5 day early access (and i ordered the imperial) and yet it won't let me log in.

Already have thanks to speedjfreak. Also Jessica how would one compensate for falsely advertising seeing as this is a mistake on ESO behalf?

Regarding this, a friend of mine CAN play the game with MY ACCOUNT in HIS computer, and i still CANNOT logging,so now i dont reallyk now what the problem is...
