Bingo.
They want folks using long cast time abilities just like they want people to do mostly fully charged heavy attacks. Many of us think it is ultimately about decreasing casts/second to reduce server load. It is working in a round about way. Combat sucks so people quit the game which decreases server load. problem solved.
But yea, the very poor choice that the adviser advises here is because ZOS wants people to use that morph not because it is a good choice.

This is coming from the new Skill Advisor. Just curious about the rationale behind that. Is that just for leveling? IMO, crystal fragments is the better of the two morphs.

True that, however relying on a proc and the measly 10% extra damage just don't seem as appealing to me. That and considering the fact AD always has to fight against a zerg, AOEs are a bread and butter of my life.
