Hey there!

Now, it's been a hot minute since I've played ESO, but I've been bitten by the bug and wanted to play again! So I go to check out what I've got in my Collections tab, and I could have sworn that I once had the Roostertail Frill hairstyle (?) for argonians in there! I feel like I didn't get it from a crown crate directly, but used the gems I got from extracting items to buy it when it was an item in the Crown Crates.

I don't know if there's any way to like....have someone check that?? Do I submit a ticket? In the grand scheme of things it's not like a BIG issue, which is why I'm posting here, but I am curious if I actually had it or just dreamed I did. And if I did once have it, where it went!
