Block, Dodge Roll, Break Free, Weapon Swap all of has a delay now.

Since the last patch, block has a delay, t have died 10+ times in VMA during my roll dodge by projectiles, break free is delayed, weapon swap is delayed. Sometimes all the attacks that are done to me are registering after i die. Charging Maneuverer sometimes dispels from the character. My minimum FPS went down to 15 from 35 as well.
