Green aura under my feet, help.

Good evening all.
So, I logged in today and find out that I have a green aura under my feet(pics in spoiler). It saves after death, log out etc. Just cant remember something similar was introduced in the natch potes (mb I'm wrong). Does anyone knows what's this?

it should just last a few seconds. Try an roll dodge again and it will hopefully go away.Grinding just make you go in circles.

It's not roll dodge, the roll dodge effect is near to the feet and radiates out of them - unlike what you posted.1 -

I have these green mist or aura very often...and meanwhile a red mist similar to this appears from time to time....
Your in a pvp campain...if i saw right...?
I only had this in pvp areas i noticed...maybee some sort of cap indicator..i had this often on character's with very high max statts...mages 65k magicka + and so on
Would realy like to know on what this depends...
