Where is my coffer for my lvl?

My characters are 408lvl. So where is my 30 slots coffer? There isn't in my collection and I can't buy it. Please fix this bug!
If someone tell me delete character for new - I tell him fix his brain.

I deserve this coffer. So Zenimax give it to me!

This is not a bug. This is working as intended.

You need to level a new character.
As stated several hundred times on the forums already, the leveling rewards are not given retroactively to max-level-characters.

You don't need to delete a character, but you will need to level a new one.

ZOS added new character slots for sale for those who have already filled their accounts. It's not perfect, but it's there.

It isn't perfect - it's WRONG. Players who have free slot can get this coffer for free but player who already plays for a long time and give a LOT OF TIME for it - must delete his char or spend crown? It's ridiculous!

Agree with above answers, but I have a question as well?
Lets say all but 2 of my characters are already level 50+, so I dont expect anything as far as leveling rewards for them.
But the other 2 are level 4 and level 44. If I level up my 44 to 50 first (gaining the 6 reward packs) will I get any reward packs when I start to level my level 4? I understand the reward packs are given only once per account, not character?
So Im wondering, how does this work? Would I get rewards level 45-50 on one character, and rewards 5-44 on the other? Anyone knows this?

We all need to ask Zenimax to give players past these levels this coffer by default. Otherwise, it is discrimination and extortion of money.

I could be mistaken, but if its the coffer you are after, I believe they said originally it is also available for purchase with TelVars and writs? I have to check back and see if its still true though..

It is not discrimination or an extortion of money. This system and how it works has been discussed and debated for 4 weeks prior to the release of the DLC.

They will get them assuming the reward is not a crown crate or a collection item.

Not true, they changed that during PTS. The coffer from leveling up cannot be obtained anywhere else. You can even see that while mousing over that coffer in your collections tab.

I already agree to buy it. But there isn't in store. Only 3 coffers by 30 slots are selling.

Yes, you will get the rewards between levels 45-50 for the lvl44 toon, and levels 5-44 for the other. At least the account wide ones. The character specific rewards will be given for both for levels 45-50.
