Where is my coffer for my lvl?

My characters are 408lvl. So where is my 30 slots coffer? There isn't in my collection and I can't buy it. Please fix this bug!
If someone tell me delete character for new - I tell him fix his brain.
I deserve this coffer. So Zenimax give it to me!

As stated several hundred times on the forums already, the leveling rewards are not given retroactively to max-level-characters.PC | EU

Lets say all but 2 of my characters are already level 50+, so I dont expect anything as far as leveling rewards for them.
But the other 2 are level 4 and level 44. If I level up my 44 to 50 first (gaining the 6 reward packs) will I get any reward packs when I start to level my level 4? I understand the reward packs are given only once per account, not character?
So Im wondering, how does this work? Would I get rewards level 45-50 on one character, and rewards 5-44 on the other? Anyone knows this?

Not true, they changed that during PTS. The coffer from leveling up cannot be obtained anywhere else. You can even see that while mousing over that coffer in your collections tab.Edited by Svenja on February 13, 2018 11:23AMPC | EU

I already agree to buy it. But there isn't in store. Only 3 coffers by 30 slots are selling.

Yes, you will get the rewards between levels 45-50 for the lvl44 toon, and levels 5-44 for the other. At least the account wide ones. The character specific rewards will be given for both for levels 45-50.
