I would have expected with this patch the possibility to change morph, without change and pay for all but still i have to go in the shrine

✭✭✭✭The only time they give a discount on skill resets is if they introduce changes that would be wide sweeping or completely rework how skills work. The last time they did this was with Morrowind. I believe they've said that it will also be one with combat/skill balance meaning there is a bigger need for free/cheat respects.
