I'm sorry if this is slightly off-topic but I couldn't find a Search answer or determine an appropriate category. Is there a way to stop receiving Notifications from just this thread (or any single thread) without disabling them for all threads? I even thought of deleting my post but that option seems to be only for moderators. If deleting the post would work, may I ask that one of the moderators do so?

If not I can live with it but I would rather not receive Notifications everytime someone requests a name change FOREVER

For anyone else needing a forum username change, please remember these restrictions when deciding on a name:

Spaces and hyphens are not permitted.
The more basic the name, the more likely the name will be taken.
Remember that this is a one-time change so be sure of your choice.
In a situation where you need an immediate name change (for example, your name contains your real name) Please message one of our active mods on duty or one of the mods on this thread. (Preferably one of the more recent ones near the end or one who is currently online)

This is a name that I didn’t realize I had since beta I’m guessing(first time delving into forums). The current name appears too close to the Zenimax company name I think. (Probably thought it just sounded cool at the time, but I don’t want to misadvertently trick anyone)
